Bill is an accomplished commercial real estate executive, relying on over thirty years of experience in the commercial construction, property management, and land development industries to consistently deliver on the vision of Capano Management ownership.
Responsible throughout the life cycle of every new and existing project, Bill provides determined, supportive leadership to his team of 14 direct reports, the balance of the Capano executive team, and third party partners such as lenders, design teams, local municipalities, and state agencies. Bill guides and connects these teams through the successful acquisition, design, financing, construction, management, and redevelopment as required, of an extensive existing and growing portfolio.
Utilizing a holistic approach to the development of Class-A real estate, and working directly with ownership, Bill drives the company’s corporate strategy to deliver sustainable, innovative, and proven models of successful CRE developments. Under his continuing stewardship, Capano Management is well-positioned to continue to thrive.
Bill graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Casey brings 20 plus years of engineering, design, and construction experience to his position leading Capano Management’s commercial construction division. He manages his team of project engineers, assistant project managers, superintendents, and admin staff in ground up construction of apartment complexes, homes, storefront shopping centers, and offices.
His collaborative approach means cross-division coordination with Capano marketing, accounting, financial and HR leadership. Externally, Casey manages relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and financial institutions. Casey remains steadfast in his commitment to value engineering: utilizing efficient ways to build while incorporating a design that will stand the test of time. He has overseen construction of projects up to $250 million.
Before joining Capano, Casey worked in general contracting and construction at Wolson Construction, Norwood Construction and Tracy Mechanical. Casey earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
Casey is a graduate of Drexel University with a concentration in Mechanical Engineering and certifications in LEED AP, Green Advantage, and Healthcare Constructor. With over 20 Years of experience, Casey has managed the construction of hospitals, pharmacies, museums, facilities of higher education, and senior care and office complexes. He is actively involved in numerous industry associations, including Delaware Valley Green Building Council, Engineers without Borders, and ABC – DE & Eastern PA Chapters.

Joe brings 43 years of construction knowledge to the Capano team. Originally a carpenter by trade, he expanded into building subdivisions, small site work projects, and custom homes.
As a project manager, Joe brings a true passion for his work, assisting with the project design, estimating, building, maintaining budgets, overseeing, and collaborating with superintendents and sub-contractors.
Prior to joining Capano Joe worked for PHB Inc., and was a licensed designer and installer of onsite wastewater systems. Joe built a long and trusted relationship with the Act’s Retirement-life Communities, among a long list of other clients throughout the tristate area.

Mike brings 25 plus years of design, build and construction management and marketing experience to the Capano Management team. He has extensive real-life construction experience ranging from small commercial and residential projects to large multi-million dollar custom homes and large commercial projects in multi-facets. He is proficient in Green for Green processes, prescriptive and performance Energy Star Programs and HERS rating process. He has managed residential inventory generating $50 million in revenue as well as overseen construction project budgets in excess of $150 million.
Mike uses a proactive and collaborative approach to his construction projects dealing with architects, engineers, owners, owner representatives, vendors, subcontractors, the Capano Marketing team and accounting personnel. He uses a forward-thinking management approach to coordinate scheduling challenges, solve design problems and meet project completion goals.
Prior to joining Capano Management, Mike tenured as production manager, service manager and assistant division manager in training for Gemcraft Homes with up to 15 direct reports. He was involved specifically in residential community marketing and construction planning for new and existing communities to promote efficiency in sales and construction. He was also a supervisor for Phippins’ Custom Homes and Cabinetry prior to Gemcraft.
Mike earned his AA degree in business administration with an emphasis in Architecture from Chesapeake College. He has 3 years of technical training in Architectural and Mechanical drafting/engineering. He graduated Cum Laude from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Minor in Marketing.

His background as a production manager includes extensive framing, mechanical and all around construction knowledge stemming from high end custom homes, multifamily dwellings, remodeling and fit out projects and commercial structures. Mike has extensive experience in job cost estimates, and was trained in architecture, management and marketing.

Maria has over 30 years of experience in drafting and design, building inspections, code, and zoning enforcement as well as construction management in hospitals, senior living, office complexes, multifamily, and custom residential applications. She is highly involved in every aspect of each project, from estimating to managing to onsite management and safety compliance (OSHA-30). Maria successfully attained the C.A.B.O. International and Residential Building Code Inspector certification and is currently serving as the Vice President of the Delaware Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction.
Before joining Capano, Maria worked as a building inspector for Kennett Township and West Grove Borough, zoning for West Grove Borough, and drafting and design work for Brenden E. Beaumont, Architect. Following that, she worked in construction management at Nason Construction and Wholsen Construction as an assistant project manager and project manager respectively.
Maria is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Interior Design, as well as a concentration in engineering at Mesa College in Colorado.

Jennifer brings over 20+ years of experience and a myriad of industry knowledge to the position of LC Construction’s Administrative Assistant. Her extensive background in construction accounting and scheduling allows her to provide invaluable support for the entire Capano team from executive-level management to on-site project managers.
Jen acts as the primary point of contact and reference for LC Construction’s extensive list of vendors, contractors, purchase orders, service agreements, project and material quotes/lead times as well as many other daily responsibilities to ensure that all current and future LC Construction projects are completed both on schedule and on budget.
Before joining LC Construction as our Construction Administrative Assistant, Jennifer worked in several different industries: Technical, Sales, Manufacturing, Automotive and Construction. Her background includes 20+ years in the areas of finance, human resources and payroll. Jennifer is our point-of-contact for all contracts, insurance, permits, invoices and AIA’s.

With over 40 years of experience, George has managed the construction of many multi-million dollar commercial and residential construction projects as a site superintendent.
George joined Capano Management’s LC Construction in 2015, during which he supervised the construction of many hospitals, post offices, apartment buildings, restaurants and office complexes.
He is responsible for managing new projects from beginning to end, including job cost estimates, scheduling and scope of work, with a proven record of success in completing projects on time and within budget. George provides supervision, guidance and support for the entire team, including sub-contractors, state agencies and engineers. He has certification in construction supervision, OSHA, First Aid, CPR and many other entities.
With a 30-year-career in construction, George joined LC Construction in 2014. He brings deep knowledge and expertise in all areas of field operations and project management work. His background as a construction superintendent includes vast experience in the development and implementation of large, multi-phased projects. George is a carpenter by trade, and bolstered his skills through intense coursework with the Delaware Contractors Association. He is also trained in OSHA laws and regulations, asbestos removal, First Aid and CPR.

Brian Finnerty is a US Navy veteran with 35 years of construction experience. After gaining years of carpentry experience, he now provides expertise in project management, team leadership, and safety protocols.
With an OSHA 30 certification and training in first aid, Brian is dedicated to maintaining high standards and ensuring the well-being of his colleagues.
His diverse skill-set and unwavering commitment serve as a valuable asset for LC Construction.
